All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are expressly excluded, and the buyer bears the entire risk as to quality, performance and use of these products.
Trackside Karting reserves the right to change specifications and prices or discontinue parts without notice.
No warranty applies to any items. Trackside Karting Supply is not liable for the safety of any product we sell. It is the end user's responsibility to determine the fitness and safety of all racing equipment and products before using them. We will not be liable for any injury or in rare cases death resulting from the use of products we sell. While we attempt to make everything we sell as safe as possible, racing is a dangerous sport, and accidents can happen. Determine the safety risks for yourself before racing.

Please feel free to call evenings 5:30 PM till 9:00 PM
Saturday from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM
If we are unavailable to answer the phone, please leave a brief message and we will return your call ASAP.
When sending order be sure to include:
First and Last Name
Street Address
City, State, Zip Code
Phone Number (best time to call)
Decription of Part, Part Number(if available), and Quantity,
Texas Residents add 8.25% Sales Tax
If order needs to be shipped, shipping will be added to final invoice
How would you like to pay for your order?
1. We currently accept Cash(local only), Money Orders, Certified Checks, and Paypal
2. Credit Card payments can only be processed through Paypal at this time.
3. If paying by Paypal you have the option of paying by Credit Card or E-Check.
4. You will receive an email of the final invoice with Paypal instructions.
5. On Paypal, you can send payments to 24racer@sw.rr.com
If you would like to pay by personal check, we will hold your order for 10 days for the check to clear.
The address on the check must match your shipping information.
